Why are my hairline area and eyebrows always so flakey?

honestly, i think it is just irritation due to dry skin. try daily mosturizers and/or cold cream works really well!! if this doesnt help go to your dermatoligist and ask him/her what you can do to prevent this and see what they come up with. but it may just be that your skin is very sensitive, ive had this before and trust me, it goes away eventually.
